Lobster au Southwest Recipe
4 tbls sea salt
4 1 ½ lb lobsters
1 stick butter
Juice f 2 limes
¾ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Dash of cayenne
In large stock pot, bring 8 quarts of water and salt to a boil
Add lobsters, cook uncover for 12 minutes
While lobsters are cooking melt butter in a small saucepan
Add lime juice, cilantro and cayenne, mix thoroughly over low heat.
Serve butter sauce with lobsters
