Veal Scallopine in Balsamic Vinegar

¼ Cup Butter

¼ cup Olive Oil

Veal scallopine

1 tbl balsamic vinegar

1 cup chicken broth

Melt butter in pan. Add olive oil

Lightly flour veal & sauté.

Add vinegar – add broth slowly.
