Whole Artichokes
Wash, cut off stem ends – trim ½ inch from top – rub with lemon wedge
Cover with water, bring to boil – reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes, drain

1 garlic clove minced
2 teas lemon zest
Salt & pepper
Cook over low heat

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
Parsley
Chives
Fresh dill
1 tbl lemon juice
