12 wonton wrappers cut into squares
Spray or oil wontons
Mold wontons into mini muffin pans
Bake 5-7 minutes to brown. Cool slightly & remove.
Chicken salad filling
Cooked finely chopped chicken
¼ cup major grey chutney
¼ cup plain yogurt
3 tbls chunky peanut butter
1 tbls lime juice
1 ½ teas green curry paste
Mix & dollop into wontons – garnish each with green onions
