Herbed Pork Chops
1 bay leaf
1 ½ teas dried chives
½ teas dried marjoram
½ teas dried oregano
½ teas thyme
1 tbls mustard
1 tbls lemon juice
6 center cut pork chops cut ¾ inch thick
1 ½ teas rosemary
Herb rub
In small bowl combine all herbs except rosemary.
Add mustard and lemon juice
Rub chops on both side with herb mixture
Place pork chops in a plastic bag, seal, refrigerate 1 to 4 hours
Drain off any juices
Season chops with salt and pepper
Preheat broiler.
Place chops on unheated rake of broiler pan,
Broil 4 inches from heat 8 to 10 mins – turning once, or until no longer pink
Sprinkle with rosemary
