1 teas Hoisin sauce

1 teas honey

1 teas soy sauce

Ginger

Minced garlic

1 sweet potato

2 slices bacon

Preheat 500

Line pan with aluminum foil

Mix glaze

Put 2 strips bacon and green onions on pork.

Top with some glaze

Oil sweet potato slices & place around pork

Cook 10 mins – brush on more glaze – cook 10 more mins.
