Lemon Bars
Crust
½ lb soft butter
1 Cup Brown sugar
2 cups flour
Cream butter & sugar, add flour & mix
Press in 13X9 pan bake 350 10-15 min
Filling
2 eggs
1 ½ Cups lt brown sugar
1/c cup coconut
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecan chopped
2 tbs flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs/ sugar and remaining ingds. Spread on crust
Bake 20-25 min
Glaze
1 ¼ cup confect sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix & spread on while bars are warm
Cut when hot
