Thai Cabbage Salad

1/3 Cup oil

1/3 cup rice vinegar

3 t. sugar

2 t. fish sauce

1 t soy sauce

1 Cup cilantro

2 t thai hot sauce

4 cloves minced garlic

2 hot peppers, chopped

1 nappa cabbage

Peanuts or cashews

1 seeded cucumber chopped

Add cabbage, peanuts, and cucumber in a bowl or zip lock bag.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Add to cabbage.
