Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Baking potatoes cut into chunks

1/3 cup butter

¾ cup half & half

1 teas salt

1-2 tbls fresh grated horseradish

Cook potatoes 20 min.

Mash – add butter & remaining ingredients

2-4 tbls prepared horseradish can be used.
