She Crab Soup

 

1 pound crab meat

1 qt half & half

1 can cream of asparagus soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 stick of butter

1/3 cup flour

1 tbl worcherster

1 tbl fresh parshley

1 teas hot sauce

1/3 cup sherry

 

Melt butter add flour, stir until flour is cooked (2-3 minutes)

Add remaining ingredients – add crab last

Do not boil

Simmer 1 hour

Add more sherry to taste
