Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Blue Cheese Topping
4 Beef tenderloin steaks
Large clove garlic, halved
½ teas salt
2 teas chopped parsley
Topping
2 tbls cream cheese
4 teas crumbled blue cheese
4 teas plain yogurt
2 teas minced onions
Dash ground white pepper
Combine topping ingredients in small bowl
Rub steaks with garlic
Cook steaks
1 to 2 mins before steaks are done top evenly with topping
Season with salt and parsley
