Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops
Pork Chops ½ inch thick
½ tea salt, pepper
¼ cup milk
2 tbl Dijon mustard
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
¼ cup butter, divided
1 ½ teas garlic
¾ cup whipping cream
1/3 cup white wine
½ cup parmesan cheese
Stir together milk & mustard.
Dip chops , dredge in bread crumbs.
Bake 375 30 minutes.
Melt 1 tbl butter – add butter. Stir in cream, wine & parmesan (don’t boil)
Whisk in remaining butter – serve over chops.
