Burmese Pork
In blender mix 1 onion, 4 hot peppers, 5 gloves garlic, 1 piece (3/4 inch) ginger, 1 teas turmeric, 1 teas cumin, 3 teas curry.
Heat sesame oil (2 tlbs) in skillet and puree & cook 10-15 min.
Stir in 2 stakes of lemon grass (cut in 2 inch pcs)
1 lb pork tenderloin (cut in 1 inch cubes)
3 peeled potatoes (cut into chunks)
3 teas fish sauce
1 cup peas
Cook 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are done.
