Chicken in Curry Paste

Sauté 2 teas red curry paste until aroma begins

Add 2 cups cooked cubed chicken (to stir fry) & coat pieces

Add 3 cups coconut milk, pineapple chunks, 1 teas fish sauce, 1 teas brown sugar, lime zest.

Cook slowly 6 mins

Pour over basmati rice.
